Susan Atkins is the Owner of Ladera Sunrise home for seniors. She also served for more than 30 years as a Teacher, Mentor Teacher, School Science Coordinator, and District Science and Math Curriculum Coordinator for the Inglewood Unified School District. Susan holds a B.A. in Child Development from California State University, Los Angeles and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the University of California, Los Angeles. Additionally, she has a certification in senior care and residential care facility for seniors from the California Department of Social Services.
